1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 business days. This includes 1 to 2 business days for handling and 6 to 8 business days for shipping.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

3. Where is Nuvop located?

Nuvop is a U.S.-based online store. We are located in Laguna Beach, California and currently ship only within the United States.

4. What if I receive a defective product?

5. Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?

Yes. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible.
